Excellent customer service, very friendly and willing to provide expertise whenever possible. I have found my "go to" shop. Highly recommend!
It started off good 2 years ago (which is the only reason he got 2 stars from me) but has gotten progressively worse - like AJ doesnt care anymore. That has unfortunately been my experience with him...last year I gave him my bike to tune up before a century ride...he gave it back to me in worse condition than I gave it to him - I had scheduled a 50 mile ride that day to train for the century...the gears were so messed up - i literally couldnt ride the bike - they were in much worse condition than how I gave it to him - I called him to tell him and he told me "he thought his assistant checked the gears" !! are you kidding me - i lost that day of training and it took 4 trips to his shop get my bike - when i arrived to pick it up - he called my bike "the Trek from Hell' which made me extremely defensive...
Great shop where experts and casual riders both get treated well. That's because crew actually love bikes and riding, and always want to enhance any riders experience. Buy a bike there and always be remembered and helped. You get a lot more than from buying a bike as an anon off a website. When it comes to advice I've learned not to doubt what they tell me. One of the better retail spots of any kind
Very friendly, brought my older bike for repairs and he didn't hesitate to take the on the work when other shops in the area wouldn't. Would highly recommend.
Great selection, solid work, and most importantly friendly and helpful owner. New to the area and he took at least 30 minutes to suggest some rides and bike clubs in the area.
He just doesnt care anymore about my bike - again this has unfortunately been my experience.. Ive spent alot of money in his shop over the past 2 years and Ive ALWAYS been very respectful and appreciative and have recommended his shop That ENDS today... - i shouldve been treated like a premium customer - instead he clearly has no regard for my business... I will never bring my bike there again...and I would highly recommend you dont either...
I decided to give him one more try this season - i dropped the bike off a week ago today to be tuned up - a week later no phone call - so I call him to see what the progress was - and he said he hasnt even looked at it yet - that he had scheduled my bike for today (conveniently) then went on about how yesterdays snow storm was the reason he was behind - when he had the bike for 6 days prior to yesterdays storm...
