They never called me back. I guess one of the managers there is trying to avoid me. There's plenty of other Dodge dealerships out there. Personal shouldn't interfere with business. I got my Challenger somewhere else & a better price.

The manager was called and handled it but not without a huge issue. You can't break people's cars and expect them to pay for your inexperienced mechanics mistakes.

They will break things in your car for a basic oil change just to get more money. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that the mechanic broke something and I'd need to pay for this.

It's simple, when they see a young person who to them wouldn't know any better they simply try to get more money out of them. This is discrimination and if that wasn't intended they definitely should think twice before they do this to the wrong person who might take it further.

When we later called back the story was that the last mechanic broke something and didn't tell us, didn't charge us and let it go. So when the Croton Chrystler service got our car, the mechanic saw the error and had to break the piece in order to chance the oil. Now if this was the case why wouldn't they call the customer first before breaking it? And if accidentally breaking it was the different case, why weren't we notified when it was finished and why were we charged?

After visiting many dealerships over the past few weeks, I can honestly state that this dealership was by far the best. Top Notch in my eyes! They treated you like family. The employees are extremely knowledgeable about the all the vehicles and really took their time to explain all the features. Jason, the General Manager, was very personable and answered all my questions and concerns. Bill, the Sales Manager, was honest and fair. Jay, the Sales Representative, delivered the exact car I wanted and at the price promised with no hidden agenda. Chris, the Business Manager, explained all the financial information regarding my lease which put me at ease that there were no hidden costs. I have purchased and leased many cars in my lifetime and by far Croton Auto Park made me feel very comfortable and confident about my lease. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know and i will definitely return for future purchases.

Croton Auto Park is like one big family. And I can't say enough about Jay Miller, our salesman, he is truly awesome!!! He is so knowledgeable, so patient and genuinely caring. He wants you to be happy with your purchase. My daughter loves her new Jeep Willy! Jay was wonderful with her, answering her texts and phone calls, and mine as well. He has the patience of a saint!

Very happy with sales department thay were very helpful and curtius when I was looking to buy my used car. The dealership was very clean and a big selection of new and used cars. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a new or used car.
