They had to troubleshoot a short that was flipping a circuit breaker and knocking out our porch outlets and an outdoor flood. Plus, they replaced an outlet with a designer plug and cover and some other small things. Our repair guy analyzed, troubleshooted, and found the problem in minutes and then solved it without coming up with any bogus expensive extras. Simple and honest and because we had plenty of extra time we fixed some other stuff as well.
